I have normally had bad experiences not being able to get ahold of them but this time I was patient and waited on the phone for about 20 minutes. I had awesome service and I can't complain. You will have to wait but best times to call are right when they open and right before they close.
Just have patience and be prepared to wait but from what I've experienced I've only talked to helpful people!
