evening staff. samira and another red head weren t friendly nor helpful. came to ask about a membership and samira preferred to put white out on some calendar than assist me and even walked away from me to the other side of the desk to continue her white out project. you d think they d be more helpful being as though the start up cost exceeds the price of joining much nicer facilities however i just wanted to swim. i ll just swim at five star but i definitely didn t appreciate being treated as such
