I have had good experiences with the doctors and staff at fenway. However, if you do not live in Boston then they arent able to assist you in finding literally anything. I have tried to ask for assistance in finding trans resources outside of the boston area but still within massachusetts and they have failed me time and time again, even if I m simply asking for therapists. When it comes to finding mental health professionals they fall extremely short of actually helping if you do not live in the Boston area. Hopefully in the future this will not be an issue but seriously dont tell me that there is no one who can help me outside of Boston when there are definitely trans resources in Massachusetts that do not revolve around the city. I ve had to do a lot of research on my own because of incompetent staff who would not help me or outright told me there was no one they could find. Thanks a lot.
