Went for lunch yesterday. Main course was small but delicious. Ordered dessert and coffee. Coffee arrived after 5 minutes, and dessert arrived 15-20 minutes after the coffee. When the waiter was challenged about this, he asked if we had asked for our dessert to come before or even with our coffee!!! One order goes to the bar and the other to the kitchen and they can't control how long either take! Then the 'supervisor' who didn't respond to our first request to speak to him, appeared after our second request and he came up with the same story. It was our fault..... No apology, no 'can we get your another coffee' , no change from $80.
Shame the management hasn't taught the staff that it costs nothing to say 'sorry' and probably 50c to make an extra coffee and retain goodwill.
