Came here with a pram and baby for a mate's birthday lunch. Even though there's no lift, the staff were super friendly and helpful in getting us to the top level / rooftop, and then getting us a high chair when we were up there. Even on a really busy Sunday, service was excellent. It's pricey, but that's to be expected in its location.
