The order (no.1403644, to be able to "identify" in the system) placed on November 14th, sent on November 26th. Return made on December 3rd, received on December 5th (AWB 15375117) for a faulty display. Until December 16th I have not received no email confirming receipt of return. I called without success. I sent an email. The next day they were happy to call me. It was confirmed that the return was received on December 5th. until the end of the day with a phone to tell me what the situation is. He did not return on that day or the next. I called again, after 7 minutes waiting for the call to end (I have more than 60 calls minutes to wait in the phone). I wrote another email.No answer. The 14 days have passed in which legally the value of the returned product must be reimbursed. It is not the first time I order from them.It is the first time I returned.If I knew that they are ordinary weeds i ... anyway, sending it late was a sign ... Last time I order from here.Claim to ANPC and I will probably sue them. I gave it a star because otherwise I could not post the review. It is not worth any star !

At no time after this review, I was called by the deputy general manager (so recommended). I was told that there are deadlines because no. of employees can not cope no. of orders.Practically, the company policy is: "Sell as much as you can! If there are problems let them wait". I do not say that I am a loyal customer, but at least an old customer, I have orders totaling 1400 lei.For this policy , evomag will lose customers. At least I no longer trust to order anything from them.
The money was returned to me, not without emotion.
