I am a commercial real estate broker that required a condo lease downtown. I enlisted the help of Jennifer Heakes after several weeks of an unsuccessful process of trying to find a place on my own. Being in real estate I under estimated the difficulty of the process. Following our first meeting, Jennifer (who came highly recommended by colleagues of mine) provided a comprehensive list of options which only met the criteria that was provided in our first meeting. Following review of that list, and along with the recommendations of Jennifer, we scheduled two days of tours to review 20 options. Within 24 hours of initiating the process I had identified the top choice. Jennifer reported significant interest in the unit. She advised an immediate offer would be required for my tenancy to be considered, which was completed. Upon delivery to the landlord, Jennifer reported that multiple offers had been delivered. She outlined a strategy, that with my permission, she would implement in order to procure the unit for my tenancy. Jennifer requested information to be delivered to the landlord which I provided. Jennifer worked with the Landlord's agent and successfully closed the lease which was priority 1 as I outlined in my first meeting with her.

For potential clients of Jennifer, you can expect strong negotiating skills and tactics, professional, accurate, and timely information, in-depth product knowledge, positive and understanding attitude. Without Jennifer, I would not have had the ability to source nor complete the lease I was looking for. I spent several hours attempting to do this on my own as I am in real estate myself. For those not in real estate, I can only imagine how difficult the process could be.

I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone seeking assistance in a residential real estate process.
