been calling spare parts department for more than ...

been calling spare parts department for more than 3 days. Cant manage to talk to them. Calling at 3pm, says they went out for tea break, when call at 10am, still not around. Weird this branch very bad in service. Will forward this to UMW Head office for further actions!
