Because Essence hasn't been paying on the services...

Because Essence hasn't been paying on the services they commit to cover, many nursing/rehab centers, including the one I had always gone to, will no longer accept patients. And the one that did accept me sent me home while I was unable to care for myself... casts on both legs, and recovering from broken ribs and sternum. It's a miracle I am still alive. But it's an incredibly miserable experience. I filled a complaint and at least now I can change from Essence to traditional Medicare which I am told is best, by the facilities of which I will most likely return.
