I request an account transfer all in cash on July, 26, 2019. After 2 months, all my TD water house deposits was finally showing up on my margin account. On september, 26, 2019, i realized my entire checking account in the amount of $10,513.04 was withdrawn and closed, and the payee was listed as Questrade. I've yet to see my funds on Questrade, and have no way to pay for everyday purchases.
EDIT: the issue has been resolved, this was a big mis-understanding between Questrade and TD. I did get my money back, and with this issue being the exception, Questrade has provided excellent customer service.
