John Moran... simply the best! I've worked with John on both a new home purchase and most recently a refinance. Both experiences exceeded my expectations. John's communication is second to none with being flexible to email, text and most importantly talk through details via phone without notice! Yes, it is great that John has always been able to lock in the best rates and discounts but his customer service goes beyond that. John does not wait for a client to notice potential errors but proactively seeks them out for you and addresses any potential issues before they arise. Where many folks in the industry may say "that is outside of my scope" John jumps in to give his clients that extra level of comfort and reassurance they have made the right choice by partnering with him.

In regards to future home purchases or refi's, simply put, where ever John is gets my business!
