Went to Dr Chandra Shekhar sir, who is the physiotherapist at the EFLU health center. The exercises he prescribed had very good results. He is polite, engaging, and understanding. If the university provides some advanced physiotherapy instruments, it would definitely help in the treatment for EFLU students. Would totally recommend.
