I worked with a salesmen and he agreed to match a deal I had from another dealership. He also gave me an out the door price over the phone. However, once I got there I found that they changed the numbers at the last minute during the deal and tried to sneak in $1240 worth of accessories. I was willing to still make the deal and eat the charges for the Pin Stripe and Mud Flaps as long as they removed the $799 "Environmental Protection Package" (which the salesman told me over the phone could be removed if I did not want it), but he got very defensive, told me they needed to keep the lights on, and refused to remove this option. They also tried to lowball me on my trade. It was a terrible experience.

Not only that, but the salesman acted like I was a burden the entire time, he was rushed, he tried to make me feel rushed, and basically behaved like a jerk. He gave me a face and attitude when I asked to test drive the car before buying it. He also tried to make me go the shortest way possible during the test drive instead of taking it on the highway (I went on the highway anyway). I walked and they lost my business over an Environmental Protection package. I will never set foot in the dealership again.
