Will never go again; I will drive an hour to another before I go back. I've given them multiple chances and they are aweful. Customer service is aweful, they are incompetent and shouldn't be open. Honda should be embarrased to have their name associated with this location.

***Edit/Update: After seeing this review, the Manager, Kelly, called to apologize and offered a refund of the service we had, so I have added a star to reflect that at least he apologized and was willing to try and make it right.
