The new visitor's center looks really nice and the overall experience was great. Unfortunately the tram ride to the top was a pretty negative experience. We bought tickets for a 3:45 tram but didn't get on until 4:25. There was no explanation not apology - in fact the staff working this area was very unprofessional and left a pretty unfavorable impression.
