Working with Kelly and her team has been an extraordinary experience that I couldn't be more thankful for! Kelly took a chance on me when hiring me for my very first video editing gig and I need someone to pinch me cause I feel like I'm on Cloud 9 with this job. The IDR crew is hardworking and driven yet genuine, fun, and easy to get along with. There is also a lot of creativity brewing in the office space we call "The Treehouse". It's a place where storytelling meets direct results clients love. I've been working with Kelly for over a year now and I've been amazed with the amount of growth I've experienced; I'm constantly learning new skills as an editor and I get to wear many hats while on production shoots. Working with Kelly allows me to travel, meet super cool clients, and have fun with a great team that is passionate about video production! Kelly will always be one of the most important people in my career because she was the first person to give me a chance and I can't begin to express my appreciation for her! A truly amazing person! :)
