Do not apply for this company, it will be a complete waste of your life and time. They will only employ you unless you are from an (ASIAN ETHNICITY) and going from and by there reviews you can clearly see I'm not lying. Early January my work advisor referred me to this company to do a CSCS Course with a gaurenteed job interview in completion of the course. As it was recommended by the council and through the council I assumed it would be a great opportunity....It wasn't I was lied to and robbed of time and opportunities I will never get back. I started and completed the course with flying colours attended everyday, on time and keen to learn new skills and show my skills. I had my interview with a man called Sunny Brar and was told straight after the interview that I have been accepted for the job and that I would be able to start as soon as my labourers/green card would come. It took a few weeks for my card to arrive and once it did I had let the training providers know and Sunny, so that they could start me up for work. Another few weeks went by until I had a response from neither party but eventually I had got a text to say to come in to bring my details and sign my contract to start work. So the following week I went to the training hub to hand in my ID and sign my contract, while writing up my details Sunny had took a picture of my bank card which didn't sit right with me but I still went on to sign my contract and had been told that the contract is for 3 months with a review at the end of it and because I have my green card I will start the following week. So I left the Training Hub with being told I was going to start work the week after but it didn't happen so the following week I chased it up and was told by Sunny it would be the week after that. So another week went by and I chased it up with receiving a result of Sunny not communicating with me, replying to my text or calls and basically avoiding me. A week later he gets the fortel labour manager to send me a text saying we will start next week, I replied asking do you have a date or day and he read it and didn't reply. Another week by and frustration does not begin to describe how I was feeling. So due the fact of I was reffered by the council they had rang me to see if I had started and I told them what was going on and they chased it up. The crazy thing is it wasn't until the council chased it up that I had a text from the labour manager to say that there is no work and he will try his best to get us on a job when some new jobs come, I have never met this man or spoke but it was funny how I never heard any from Sunny, up until today not even to apologise or communicate anything to me. The labour manager couldn't even right a text speaking clear and proper English but that's their labour manager. I have lost out on time, job opportunities, the chance to go to college and money all because of this company. Don't go wasting your time with them like how I did with no pot to piss in at the end of it!!!!!!
