I don't often write reviews for businesses, but I felt compelled to do so after I got off the phone with their representative. This is the second time that I called them-on a separate "issue" and both times they picket up my call right away-the rep was super nice and friendly and they resolved my "issues/concerns" right away.

They are easy to do business with and they value their customers by the way I've been treated by them-I can say that.
Not to mention the great service they offer-I love their clothes, the ease of getting them/returning. Just an overall amazing company and I would say if you'r contemplating giving them a shot-go for it! You will look fabulous.

Plus they make it so easy to cancel/put membership on hold-you can do it right from your account online-no need to hunt for phone number/go through up-sell, etc. like you do with some other memberships. Keep up the great work and your customer service reps are amazing!
