Visiting L.A., I saw this great collection of 20th century masters of modern art. Spent 6 hours! Membership for locals recommended, didn't have time to visit the ancient and cultural art exhibit. Some very impressive monumental works, including Richard Serra's "Ribbon". Don't miss the current attractions: Bauhaus (not the dirge band, the art school and collective who met a tragic end in Germany, but inspired thousands, including Germans!), and Frank Stella, whose colored and textured sculptural paintings have been in storage for twenty years, but Top Men will have to return to their crates. Avail yourself! Laughter permitted.
