So I'm reading all of these dreadful reviews and after 3 times dealing with them they gave me nothing but respect and I was able to get though in under a minute all 3 times. I needed to move my date to accommodate my pay date...done. I asked for a credit limit raise and that was done. I pay my bills every month and have never had 1 issue with this card. Someone mentioned the rate being high? You wouldn't have this card if you didn't have a credit situation and you should be glad they are helping you rebuild yours. So, I would TOTALLY recommend them if your trying to get your credit going, I pay mine off every month so I don't care if they have a high rate because I never let it have a balance on the billing cycle.
