Car broke down but I managed to get it to SMP. SMP told me the part would take a few days to get here. Since I lived outside Saskatoon SMP provided me with a rental car all paid for. When I came back to pick the car up I asked if i could be slipped in for an oil change and said yes. A little later when the car was fixed and ready to go I realized they forgot the oIl change and brought it up. Mistakes happen but the way a business deals with a mistake tells one alot about that business. My car went in for an oil change and was out within 30 mins. When I went to pay for the Oil change they said, Merry Xmas!

This is one business that cares about their customers. They are also a very busy business have some patience with them.
