I've been to a lot of dealerships and garages in my lifetime and most fall short, but I've found a gem in David McDavid Honda. Not only does their shop do excellent work but their customer service is outstanding. They treat me as if I'm the only customer they have and want to wow me every time. Recently, I had some difficulties with my car and one of their service consultants, C.J., was amazing. He listened, he was patient and he went above and beyond what the circumstances called for. I not only felt valued as a customer but I was confident that my car would be well taken care of. I don't often use this word in relation to car repair, but I trust C.J. and I trust David McDavid Honda.
