Let me start by saying - if I could rate Simone & Son 10 stars, I would. Sometimes jewelry stores can be overwhelming with pushy staff and a more aggressive & cold sales atmosphere which I don't care for - but not at Simone and Son. From the moment I walked in I felt totally comfortable and welcomed. They were a bit busy when I got there, but a lovely woman named Sara assured me that someone would be with me ASAP. I browsed around and I couldn't believe how amazing their jewelry is. Each unique piece is better than the last! The store in itself is beautiful & very clean, the ambiance is so warm and inviting, and they also happen to play great music which I really enjoyed during my visit. I also really love that this is a family owned and operated business. Everyone was so friendly and happy to help/discuss exactly what I was looking for, I felt like I was with my friends and family! The time and effort put into each customer/client certainly did not go unnoticed! Now let's talk jewelry - each of their custom pieces that I saw are gorgeous and top notch. Their attention to detail in delivering exactly what you want is unparalleled. The quality of their work speaks for itself and I could not recommend this store enough! I will only be going to them for jewelry from now on, I even told my boyfriend that this is where he needs to go for my engagement ring. Basically, if you are looking for a jeweler who genuinely cares about their business and is beyond dedicated to making your jewelry dreams come to life... look no further! 10 out of 10 for Simone and Son!!!!
