After a month and a half, I finally had been stewing long enough to reach out to Roze Room. I wrote them a 4.5-page letter and emailed it to them. I heard back the next day and found out that the founder of the company reviewed my comments and suggestions at a leadership meeting and is currently working with the management and the field teams (nurses, CNAs, etc) to improve. The CNA that I mentioned is no longer employed with the company and I had a great talk with them. Hopefully, future clients will have a much better experience!
