Terrible service. I registered for a Webinar that...

Terrible service. I registered for a Webinar that they were hosting and logged in at the appointed time only to be told that "It was full". What is the point of the reservation if having one does not get into the event? Tried to call the company and no one answers the phones. Based off of this experience, I would not use them to coordinate a conference call about a child's birthday.
