Nice location, with good service, if you look as expected. Poor communication between staff and management, as a result of which you as a guest are very disadvantaged and disturbed during your stay. For example, we were unable to execute an appointment made on paper, while this was promised. As an excuse we were guilty of this, good service! In addition, the staff and management have little respect for the guests and they strive for their own ego. Everything must go perfectly for them and not for the guest. You do not feel at home and you get the idea that they determine and organize what your experience should be like during your stay. In short, not treated like a human, but like a robot that needed an update. I never come here again and do not appreciate the way they act.
