I asked Bent Gate to send my 10yrs old Arcteryx jacket in for a small seam repair around the elbow. The warranty department went out of their way and reassessed the condition of my jacket before shipping it out. A few weeks later, I got a phone call from Bent Gate saying that Arcteryx was going to completely replace my jacket!!! I was not expecting that at all and couldn't believe it!
