Very disappointed. Much better service from The Phoenician and other Marriott hotels. Poor check in. No explanation on room and amenities. Stayed in the large upscale balcony room over looking the pool. Paid extra for pool Cabana. We were at the Cabana four hours and NOT once did anyone come by to ask if we wanted drink or food. Gift shop employee never looked at me when helping. Will not be back.... So disappointed
