Staff are incompetent, rude, and inefficent. My father was in severe pain and was told by family Doctor that he needed his gallbladder to be remove and told us to go to the Sarasota Memorial emergency the same day. Sat in ER for 3 hrs while people with minor coughs with ahead of him. My father was moaning in pain which caused passing Drs there to grin and smile..... The male RN who attended my father was EXTREMLY RUDE with no sense of urgency.Try Doctors Hospital.
