Service Technician Michael did an absolutely great...

Service Technician Michael did an absolutely great job! 96 degrees and the AC stopped working due to a capacitor failure! Michael arrived at exactly the time his dispatcher said he would. He was professional, courteous, and went the extra distance to assure our problem was resolved ASAP. Earlier in the day he had used all the spare capacitors so he called the nearest Isaac Tech and went and retrieved the part and brought it back, installed it, checked it over, and all was well. Entire situation was resolved in less than 4 hours from the time of our call to the dispatcher. And Michael, all smiles on an absolutely brutal weather day, drove to next call. Our family could not have been more pleased. Thank you Michael (!) and thank you Isaac!
