Good case (I had one before) but insanely poor service. I waited over a week for a phone case that I ordered from the Tech 21 website. No sign of the case and no information then sent a refund out of the blue. I had to email 4 times to get an answer of why I had not received the case. They had sold out apparently. but didn't want to apologise or provide alternative options.
