I've been an auto tech for over 25 years mostly as a Toyota tech but I brought my aunts car that she bought here for her because shes to old and she insists on them doing service despite my complaints and the last service was to much but it started back from her very first service when they tried to sell her an airfilter and she turned them down and they didn't resecure anything and my aunt went on a long road trip and the CEL came on during a 500+ mile roadtrip so she stopped at another Chevy dealership and found out they didn't put anything back after removing the airfilter. The second time I brought the car in myself to see what was going on and she got a oil change and tire rotation but I also knew the tires had no tread at all and front brakes metal to metal but I wanted to see what the tech said which shockingly was absolutely nothing although once again they tried to upsell an airfilter that on a scale of 1-10 dirty was .05. Brakes and tires and a safety issue and the tech literally had the tires off and didn't try to upsell either, I guess this dealership doesn't care about its customer. The last time we came in my aunt finally told them she needed tires I had already replaced the pads and rotors myself so the only thing they had to do was oilchange, new tires and alignment and we made an appointment and then they suggested another appointment that was better for them because we had to wait for it and on this appointment we ended up waiting over 3 hours which was twice as long as any other tech on the planet would take and this time when she didn't need brakes they tried to upsell her brakes after I had just replaced them, they tried their normal airfilter upsell. As someone who worked in the industry for such a long time I would never recommend anyone to bring their vehicle here unless you have no choice, the amount of inventory alone should be a clue how successful they are, I've seen more cars in a used car lot its shocking that this place is still open.
