Im currently moving into a new house and couldn't break my lease which is understandable because I only have two months left. I was told I would just need to pay my base rent $12k+. I disconnected other services because no one would be there. I paid my base rent but wasn't aware that I had to pay utilities because that is what I was told.I noticed their was a late feeling & I called the lady explained that per lease agreement I would have to pay utilities. I understood and asked if the late fee could be waived because of this miscommunication. They would not waive the feeling. I was never late before. I had to deal with their miscommunication before its so frustrating. Also they moved me into my apartment without it being cleaned properly.
