(3weeks ago Nov 19)I RATE THIS COMPANY A 0, but unfortunately they don't have that option.
I wish I would have read all these reviews before i got involved with them. I have been waiting on my refund for 2 months now. Within the 2 months and 5 phone calls of run around/excuses/lies I still haven't gotten any further from the first day I called but I should have known something was up when they told me the first time I called to cancel that it would be mailed out at the end of month (4 weeks). Furthermore, 2 of 5 people I talked to didn't put notes in. It goes on and on. Lastly, if anyone asks I have nothing good to say about this company, NOTHING AT ALL. (UPDATED: Dec 13) I RECEIVED my refund yesterday. How I did it you ask? 3 words BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!! 3 days after I reported them online, Grand Incentive called me to tell me check was sent and I got it I 4 days.
