Management tend to repair the courts more regularly - joined as a member recently cannot get my membership card to scam me in avoiding the queues- I ve asked three times for them to put this right and only today a young lady seemed more helpful and took my details saying she would raise the issue with head office so let s wait-and-see. On the whole the customer front facing reps seem unhappy, it s very rare you get a friendly reception and most of the time feels like as a customer you re a bit of an annoyance. I think it s a training issue and the management issue.
