I was having problems with the transmission on my Cadillac ATS and needed the recommended 45k services performed. This was my first time at this dealership and my experience was beyond terrible. I live in Downtown Chicago and I made the appointment days in advance so I could have a loaner reserved and upon arriving to my service appointment (today), I was told that a loaner was never reserved and they were unable to provide me one because they were "all out" even though I had an email stating my service appt information and that a loaner was reserved. I had to spend my ENTIRE day at this dealership for only transmission work, NONE of the 45k services were performed. I arrived at 8am and left at 5pm for "transmission work" in which only the fluids were flushed and according to the advisor "all my 4 rims were bent" when asking him to call the extended warranty I had purchased that covered rims and tires he said "he did not have time". The car was returned with 20 miles more than what I brought it in with and my dash cams were obviously disconnected because the outlet was not how I had left it. When looking at my dash cam videos, there was only 2 videos and a huge gap in which the cameras were turned off. In these two videos you can see the technician in my vehicle 1) not wearing any gloves and most importantly A MASK and 2) SMOKING IN MY CAR. Since my vehicle was purchased, NEVER HAVE I EVER smoked inside my car specially because I have a newborn baby, so it is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional for the technicians or anyone to get inside a car that is not theirs and smoke and clearly not follow government guidelines of wearing a mask.
