Communication was very poor. I didn't get to talk with the person working on my car. Instead a rep went back and forth to relay questions and answers. The rep would forget the answers and I couldn't get paperwork for repair options. It took an hour longer than estimated. I had them specific things to look at, they didn't and then charged meDiagnostic fee, which I didn't ask for! Very irritating afternoon.
