Great customer experience. I ordered a few headphones, the package was stolen, and Best Buy conducted an investigation and worked with me to provide a full refund. I honestly didn't expect them to do that, but they went above and beyond and totally exceeded my expectations. Great job Best Buy!

After the refund, I repurchased the headphones that were stolen, and am still a loyal Best Buy customer because of the great customer experience..
