This experience was nothing short of exceptional. Jacob and the team were very friendly, humorous, and easy to communicate with....despite it being 7am in the morning haha. Thanks again, I will definitely be returning more frequently to have my vehicle serviced with Al Serra. Oh! And having the option to use a loaner while my vehicle is in for a simple oil change (+transmission flush) was a big bonus as I was expecting to have to sit there. Thanks again!!!
