Billing department is just horrible .
They re refusing to give me the form for my daughter s physical. Therefore she can t start school!
The office manager is very unprofessional, refusing to speak to me over the phone, my children were suddenly removed from the office as patients, because of a previous balance, my experience and customer service i received was absolutely discriminative and humiliating. They made the issue personal and treated me very bad.
Just for the record:
-I love dr. Garner we used to go to this practice years ago, the office staff & service were much better, we transferred due to moving out, we came back to the area and came back to this practice in good faith. Honestly I was shocked with the amount of hate & bad treatment we received.

- I have referred Four patients to this practice and all I got was removing my kids with current insurance due to previous balance that I made a payment plan and paid 4 month.
Funny fact: one payment was taken after my family was removed from the practice!!

Unfortunately, They don t care about your children.
I m just Disappointed!
I don t trust this place.
Don t go there!
