Worst online shopping experience ever.
I love their product, Phone TV and planning to buy another TV but their customer service center in Dubai is the worst service center in the world, the manager who suppose to assist you is not even available to talk to you. I bought S10 plus pre-order on 21st Feb 2019 through Samsung pay. the transaction was not completed due to technical error so i decided to use my credit card directly. I bought the phone and to my surprise i found out that they have charged me on for first transaction. i call the service center and explained the situation. This is where all nightmare starts.First, the agent will confirm your case but you will not receive any confirmation email or sms, you will call in 2 days to follow up on refund to fine out that the first agent didnt do anything and did not raise a complain, you will call 3rd time and the same thing will happen, I had to go to consumer right to complain about this so i can get the issue resolved.

The next thing, while i was chasing for refund for the uncompleted transaction, the time has come for phone i bought through my credit card to be delivered on 3rd march. I called Samsung and told them when my phone will arrive they told me we do not know yet and we cant confirm a date for arrival. I was so shocked, especially when i found out that the phone is already being sold in the market by the official dealer Eros two days before the official release date in UAE. I was really mad and frustrated, this is my first online service encounter with Samsung and i can say that they are the worst in the online selling platform. i have cancelled my pre-order and went directly to buy it from the market.

and Refund is now another story to be continued. By the way, im Samsung fan my fridge is Samsung, Phone, TV almost everything.
