Packing was OK. Still got a damaged Tempered glass...

Packing was OK. Still got a damaged Tempered glass on my NZXT case.
NZXT shipped a new TG panel from US.
Can't really tell if Prime AGBG is good or bad. But all support was given by NZXT. hats off to NZXT for great support.
