My daughter was given the wrong information from one of there intake workers person named David. She was given an appointment and when she showed up too the appointment was treated very rude by front desk staff, and when she asked to speak to office manager was told the manager, was too busy for all that. So rude and I called and talked too the office manager she tried to apologize and then I talked to intake person and they apologized for the confusion. I will never recommend this health care facility to anyone I have been in customer service for 29 years and we would never treat anyone in this manner it was there mistake because we gave them all the correct information and they didn't take the time too read the notes then tried to treat my daughter like she did something wrong no empathy or respect for the individual was shown. But I'm glad we found a clinic that knows how to treat it's patients with kindness and respect. Unlike Catherine's clinic.
