3 weeks prior to moving (naively thinking this would be sufficient), I started the process to transfer my account to my new premises, 2 weeks passes, there appears to be no movement by iiNet, I call back and was told that they were waiting for me to call them despite not receiving any voicemails or emails to state this. Another week goes by, still no movement, yet another call and I get told that because I chose direct debit and their system is automated, I have to wait for it to progress through. Now a further week down the track, I receive the notifications it has finally progressed, but they do not ship the all important new NBN modem and it now is unlikely to arrive before the installation appointment. 5 phone calls in, 1 email to support and I am getting no where. After this contract is up, I am done with iiNet for good (personal and business). I suggest they just collect all those customer service awards that AAPT, Westnet & iiNet have one and destroy them all, your customer service is disgraceful at best.
