Was dreading the NBN. Heard heaps of horror stories. Switched about a year ago to iiNET/NBN. Smooth transition then. Encountered first issue, NBN related. iiNet got tech out next morning. Fixed in one call which was answered promptly....no wait time! Very impressed!
