I had the need to contact IiNet regarding a problem I had which was difficult for me to solve. The service I received from Hashim was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help me. So patient, courteous and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble in his effort to be of service. Someone who really cared to be of help. I can't speak more highly of him. He solved my problems. Honestly he made me and my husband's day. So thank you iiNet for the staff you employ and especially Hashim.
