Original IT support company was great, Trivalent was not 'bad', when Rehmann bought them out the 'bean counters' got in the way and they lost sight of; customer relations, customer service and accountability. The engineers are great so my review would be; insure you know what you are buying (what is covered--i.e.; billable). They love the word billable.
