Worst customer service response ever!!! I arrived ...

Worst customer service response ever!!! I arrived at Las Vegas airport yesterday Dec 26th/15 with a confirmation for a limo from Mears. No one was there and when I called they told me that they had been calling me and that I didn't answer, OFCOARSE I was flying. They has me on wait for 15 minutes with excuses and trying to get me an alternative service. At the end all they gave me was an "I'm sorry" and was told that they would re-emburse the US$104.50 that they did avidly charge!!!
