Customer service is a circus at this place. Caron couldn't give me a quote or answer questions for a week. She put Joe on the phone and all he could do was call me "Babe" and also not answer my questions. Finally someone else was able to help me, and she was great. Except that the whole episode took so long that I'm waiting yet another half a week to receive the materials I ordered. Laughing so hard I'm crying over here!
