I have never worked for a company like this in my life. The training managers are snakes be careful. They will smile in front of you but they will go behind your back and say negative comments about you. I was hired on August 24,2020. They terminated me the second week of my training. I was told my skills did not match the position. I feel like I was discriminated because I scored high scores on all the tests that were given to me since day 1 of training. All the sudden they decided to let me go because of my skills. Well Duhh I m new to your company and it won t take me 2 weeks to learn everything that I need. They were not patience with me they judge based on 1 week experience. They did not give me a chance to complete my 90 days of training and they just terminated me because they felt like I was not a good fit for the position. The training manager was so unprofessional she did not have the right tools to be a manager. As training manager She did not have the patience to teach at all. A strong leader ensure every team member knows exactly what they need to know in order to own their responsibilities. She will go over one thing and next you know your on your own. The computer are so old and outdated. When you are in the middle of taking a test it will just freeze and disappear so you ll have to start all over again with the test. It s soooo annoying. Good luck with this company. This Comapny is trash seriously.
